Customers may cancel renewal of their R&G SPI™ subscription. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Access may continue through the end of the applicable paid subscription period unless otherwise required by law or stated at the time of cancellation.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Customers who believe a billing error has occurred should contact R&G Safety Consultants LLC before initiating a payment dispute so the matter can be reviewed and addressed.
